  Attendance Review of lesson last day: Great Drawings!  Back to the video - class discussion - what do you think the message of the video is?  What does toothpaste have to do with information? Why might the person be trying to get the toothpaste back into the tube, and what does it mean that s/he can't? I nformation is permanent (key principle #1) : just like toothpaste that can't be put back into a toothpaste tube, once information is online it can't be deleted or removed. April 28 2021 Digital Citizenship - Once it's out there . . .

  Attendance Intro - Microsoft Len's App - please upload to your phone. Your Len's App is connected to your Office365 OneDrive.  Len's provides a scanning & photo option that directly provides you an option to save to your One Drive > Lens Folder.  Practice Upload With Lens: Assignment 2 > Teams  What is digital citizenship?   Once complete: Information: Once it's out there.... Once you put your personal information out there, it can be very hard to remove. Watch as the video shows that it’s almost impossible to take back anything that you put online – much like getting the toothpaste back into the tube. May 21 2021 Intro to Sketchbook Journal

 Attendance Self Guided Reading 20 min Intro to Sketchbook Journal:  As the name suggests, it is a book (duo tang in our case) containing both sketches/drawings and personal history/observations/journal entries. It is an outlet for visual expression and artistic creativity. This will be your book and your work.  Every Friday (and possibly on some other days) we will be working in our Sketchbook Journals.  I recommend that you bring your own pencil crayons/colours on Fridays. If you do choose to use the class set you will need to sanitize these thereafter if it is a morning class.  Today's Entry Prompt: We all have bad days. Make a list of things that bothered you today. (min 5)  Then - make a list of what made today great. (min 5)  Take some time to draw/sketch something on a blank page re: what made today/this week great.  If time: Short Game of Kahoot.
